Monty LaRue has joined Cylidify as a founder providing cybersecurity and technology leadership.
Monty has over 25 years of experience in security, privacy, architecture, design, and development. His early career with McGraw-Hill, Motorola, and various start-ups led him to the Seattle area where he worked for Microsoft from 2003-2013 as contributor and leader in the Windows, Automotive, and Xbox businesses. His last 4 years with Microsoft were spent in the core Trustworthy Computing (TwC) team as the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) lead. More recently, he worked for Allscripts Healthcare as Director of Security, Development Lifecycle reporting to the CSO.
These experiences have allowed him to develop a depth and breadth in cybersecurity and privacy across a variety of businesses from start-ups through enterprises. He has an especially deep understanding of security and privacy concerns in public cloud, healthcare, IoT and regulated markets. He takes an active role in all client engagements and ensures that Cylidify meets his high standards for integrity and technical expertise.
