I didn't want to put too much description ahead of the cartoon allowing a reader do the interpretation. The general message supports (cyber)security and privacy concepts that Cylidify feels very strongly about: Left-shifting, Threat Modeling, release patience (hit pause if the risks outweigh the rewards), and being more proactive.
The artist (John Auchter) and I have been acquainted for over 20 years. His creativity and artistic abilities are something I respect — and covet. We plan to utilize his talents in future efforts to make security and privacy points, and make our discipline more approachable.
